Body found at Sea of Galilee kibbutz

Police believe foul play may have been a factor in the death of a man whose body was found in a Sea of Galilee community early Monday morning.

The body of the 60-year-old-man was found on Kibbutz Ginosar, police said.

The body was found next to a water tower on the kibbutz. A Magen David Adom team pronounced the man dead.

Police said that an investigation has been opened into the circumstances of the man’s death and that a mobile forensic team had been called to the scene.

Officials suspect the man may have been murdered, Israel Radio reported.
