What is BlueSnap and why is it listed on my statement?

BlueSnap is our payments processor and may therefore appear on your statement as ‘BlueSnap’ or ‘BLS*TimesofIsrael.’

How to change your comment display name

You can edit your display name for posting comments by following these instructions:

  • Go to timesofisrael.com
  • In the upper right corner, click on the yellow box that says ACCOUNT in blue lettering and click on “My profile”
  • Scroll down to the section that says “My Comments” — to the right, click on the blue “Edit” button
  • Enter your new display name, and click “Save”

Stay signed into your account

We are working on a longer-term solution for staying signed into your Times of Israel Community account, but in the meantime, please try this:

  • Go to your browser’s settings (3 dots or stripes in the top right corner of the screen)
  • Click on “Privacy and security”
  • Under “Sites that can always use cookies,” click “Add” and then enter timesofisrael.com and save that

When you refresh the Community page, it should automatically save your email and password.

View your invoices

To access invoices for your payments, please follow these instructions:

  • Sign in via this link – https://crm.timesofisrael.com/sign-in with your regular email and password. If you don’t remember your password, use the ‘Forgot your password?’ function.
  • Once you are signed in, that page should automatically take you to your Profile – scroll down until the bottom of the page, where it says “Account Details” and open it.
  • Under ‘Billing History’ you will see past payments. Click on the small arrow on the right to access your invoice on BlueSnap, our payment provider’s site.

Reset password

  • Go to the Community sign-in page: https://crm.timesofisrael.com/sign-in
  • Instead of entering your password and clicking “SIGN IN,” right under the blue button, click on the left link that says “Forgot your password?”
  • This will generate an email to be automatically sent to your email address
  • Click on that email ONLY ONCE and follow the instructions to reset your password.

PLEASE NOTE that the password reset link is only valid one time, until you click on that – therefore, it is important that when you receive the email with the password reset link, that you click on it and reset your password right away – do not click more than once, or else the link will become invalid. If you do not see this email in your inbox after a few minutes, please check your Spam folder, as it might have gone there instead.
