Want to cook along with Harry? Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 5-6 Russet potatoes
  • Neutral oil (canola, grapeseed – NOT olive)
  • 2 onions
  • 3-4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Salt, pepper
  • Colander or Cheesecloth
  • Food processor or Box grater
  • Topping of your choice (applesauce, sour cream, etc)
