Dear ToI Community member,
We’re excited to share with you the next episode of the new video series co-produced by The Times of Israel: ‘State of Jerusalem.’ Ahead of Christmas, we take a look at the complex relationship of the Christian community in Israel to the Jewish state.
This second episode is entitled “The Christian Community.” Before the birth of Israel, fully a quarter of Jerusalem’s population was Christian. Today, Christians are a small minority. Watch the episode by clicking below:
This series, originally released in Hebrew, was created by Eiv Kristal and Natan Odenheimer and co-produced with Kan (the Israel Public Broadcasting Corporation). It was adapted to English by The Times of Israel.
In case you missed it, here’s part one of the series: The ‘Secular’ Struggle.
We’d love to hear your feedback on this series. To share your thoughts, please email us at email@example.com.
Thank you most sincerely for your support of The Times of Israel, which enables enlightening editorial projects such as ‘State of Jerusalem.’
