Mom, there’s a call for you… Oh!

Veteran newscaster Lena Alwash of Morocco’s Medi 1 television channel kept impressively cool when her young daughter approached her as she was reading the news recently.

In a video currently going viral, Alwash’s daughter, evidently unaware her mother is on air, can be seen skidding over to the anchor’s desk from the rear of the set and lightly tapping her mother on the shoulder with a cellphone, presumably because she has a call. The girl quickly realizes her mistake, looks horrified, and flees.

Alwash maintains her poise, slightly rolls her eyes, and keeps reading.
