Greek crooner Nikos Vertis to perform with Shlomi Shabat

June concert will be the singer's sixth in Israel, maintaining his tradition of collaborating with a local musician

Dutch-Greek singer Nikos Vertis must love his Israeli fans, having booked his sixth local performance for June 21, at Tel Aviv’s Menora Mivtachim Arena.

The 41-year-old crooner, who has performed alongside local musicians Eyal Golan, Sarit Haddad and Idan Raichel on previous visits, will be singing with Shlomi Shabat in this upcoming concert.

Some of Vertis’s songs have been remade in Hebrew, including “It’s Me” by Eyal Golan and “Once in a Lifetime” by Shlomi Saranga.

Vertis is currently on tour promoting his latest album, “Erotevmenos,” released at the end of last year.

Tickets for the show will range from NIS 295 to NIS 795, depending on the seat.
