Grenade explodes outside court registrar’s home

A fragmentation grenade detonated outside the Petah Tikva home of a Tel Aviv Magistrate’s Court registrar on Tuesday night. No injuries were reported, but damage was caused to the official’s property.

Police opened an investigation into the incident and questioned witnesses, but made no arrests. No threats had been leveled at the registrar prior to the attack on her home.

Police could not confirm whether the attack was directed at the registrar or her husband, the chairman of the Clalit Health Services’ tender committee.
