Haifa synagogue vandalized

Crosses, hate-slogans, and lewd drawings spray-painted on walls

A Haifa synagogue on Allenby Street was vandalized overnight Friday. The padlock entrance to the structure was vandalized and broken, and crosses as well as hate slogans were spray-painted on its walls.

Crude drawings of a sexual nature were also found.

Police opened an investigation into the circumstances of the incident.
