Israel must fix economic flaws, Fischer says
Bank of Israel governor says education, unemployment, and bureaucracy are the country's three big problems

Israel must attend to the problems plaguing its economy, Bank of Israel Governor Stanley Fischer said on Tuesday.
He identified the three major problems with the Israeli economy as rampant bureaucracy, low employment among the ultra-Orthodox and Arabs, and insufficiently poor educational system.
Regarding the real estate sector, he said that the credit crisis that investors experienced has declined.
