Jaljulia boy brings gun to school

A 13-year-old schoolboy from Jaljulia was taken into police custody for questioning on Monday after a pistol was found in his backpack at school.

The boy was arrested by Rosh Ha’ayin police on suspicion of planning to threaten his schoolmate with the weapon after the two reportedly had a disagreement, Ynet reported.

The student’s lawyers said the boy denied the charges against him and claimed that he had no connection to the weapon found in his custody.
