Man reported missing found dead in Holon apartment

A resident of Ramat Gan was found dead Saturday at an apartment in the central Israeli city of Holon.

The man, 53, had been reported missing since Friday.

Police investigators tracked the man’s cell phone to the Holon apartment. Upon reaching the site, police found the man lying on his back with a knife in his back.

A medical team that arrived at the scene pronounced the man dead shortly afterwards.

Investigators were attempting to locate the owner of the apartment, who they suspect may have been involved in the alleged murder.
