Man shot in Beit She’an pizza store dies

A 34-year-old man was shot and killed in a Beit She’an pizza store on Thursday afternoon. Maariv reports a masked person opened fire and fled the scene.

The man was airlifted to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Police are searching for the shooter.

The shooting is the third murder in the country in under 24 hours, after a man was shot and killed in Rishon Lezion Wednesday night and a woman was found beheaded in Beersheba Thursday morning.
