Border Police arrest Palestinian teenager carrying pipe bombs in West Bank

A 17-year-old Palestinian carrying three pipe bombs was arrested by Border Police Sunday near Tapuach Junction in the West Bank.
Authorities were able to neutralize the bombs.
This is the third time in a week that security have arrested Palestinians carrying explosives near the same junction, according to Ynet News.
