A group of over 50 hikers who got lost in the Judean Desert overnight Thursday-Friday were guided safely off the trail by Friday morning.
The group apparently set off on an overnight, moonlit hike from the Etzion Bloc in the West Bank to the Dead Sea.
However, the hikers strayed off the trail and ended up far off-course near the Darga Cliffs in the Dead Sea region, Army Radio said.
Israel Radio had reported earlier that some of the hikers were suffering from dehydration.
