Terrorists opened fire on an Israeli vehicle on Route 60 in the West Bank Tuesday evening. There were reports of damage to the vehicle but no injuries. The driver reported the shooting and the IDF is combing the area for the culprits.
The shooting took place near the village of Sinjil, northeast of Ramallah. Route 60 is a main north-south highway that runs past Hebron and Jerusalem and connects Israeli settlements and Palestinian villages.
The road has been the site of attacks on Israeli cars in the past.
In a related incident, Palestinians threw Molotov cocktails at an IDF vehicle in East Jerusalem late Tuesday night. There were no injuries or damage reported.
