Police say editor of HaPeles attacked as part of ongoing rivalry between Haredi newspapers
Police on Sunday morning arrested two ultra-Orthodox men on suspicion that they had attacked the editor of the Haredi newspaper HaPeles, Nati Grossman, on Thursday night.
According to suspicions, the two accosted Grossman, a former editor of HaPeles’s competing newspaper Yated Ne’eman, at the entrance to his house in the Bayit VeGan neighborhood in Jerusalem as part of an ongoing rivalry between ultra-Orthodox journalists.
The men, who are in their twenties, were slated to be arraigned on Sunday.
