Police arrest two Arab men in connection with incident

An ultra-Orthodox boy was stabbed twice in the stomach near the Tomb of Shimon Hatzadik in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood of Jerusalem on Thursday night.

He was said to be in moderate condition.

According to the victim, the perpetrator was an Arab man who fled the scene.

Border Police arrested two Arab men suspected of involvement in the incident, which authorities believe was nationalistically motivated.

Arab youths threw stones at the officers, causing light damage to a Hatzalah ambulance.
