Miryam Flint, an art gallery owner from Miami, developed a bejeweled “Yellow Star” brooch that bears the word “Pride” instead of the “Jude” Jewish men, women and children were forced to wear during the Holocaust.
At The Times of Israel Gala on February 15, 2015 in New York, Flint (in video on right) and her friend, Doris Chance, decided to market test the idea and wore the accessory on their clothes.
