IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir held an assessment at the site of the deadly clash in the West Bank village of Tell, the military says.
Zamir was joined by senior officers to conduct an investigation of the incident, which resulted in the deaths of an Israeli soldier, an Israeli civil defense squad member and four Palestinians.
