IDF says it carried out strike against Hamas command center in Lebanese coastal city

The IDF says it carried out an airstrike against a Hamas command center where members of the terror group were gathered in the Ain al-Hilweh Palestinian refugee camp near the Lebanese coastal city of Sidon.
No further details are immediately provided by the military on the strike.
The strike marks a relatively rare case of an Israeli attack on Hamas in Lebanon, in contrast to near-daily strikes against Hezbollah operatives.
Hamas has a significant presence in Ain al-Hilweh, and several Israeli strikes in the past two years have been carried out there.
