Iran says it will support any decision by Palestinian leaders in Gaza negotiations
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleIranian President Masoud Pezeshkian says Tehran will support any initiative or decision made by Palestinian leaders in ongoing indirect negotiations between Hamas and Israel, Iranian state media reports.
US President Donald Trump announced last week that his Board of Peace had reached an agreement on the “complete disarmament of Hamas and all other armed groups in Gaza.”
The agreement was inked between negotiators from Hamas, the Board of Peace and Mideast mediating countries Egypt, Qatar and Turkey.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu finally responded to the news last night, saying that Israel has not agreed to the aforementioned plan.
