Israel’s song at this year’s Eurovision will be titled “Michelle,” the Kan public broadcaster reveals.

The song, to be performed by Noam Bettan, will be released in full next Thursday night.

“I can tell you that [the song] is incredible, but aside from that, I can’t tell you anything,” Bettan says in a video shared by Kan. The name of the song “even surprised me,” he adds.

Kan earlier revealed that the song will be sung in English, Hebrew and French. It was written by Nadav Aharoni, Tslil Klifi, and Yuval Raphael — a survivor of the Nova festival massacre who represented Israel at last year’s Eurovision.

The song, it says, will have a “different sound and rhythm from the songs that represented Israel in the competition over the past two years,” when Israel sent ballads to the contest.
