Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu begins a security discussion in Jerusalem with top aides, senior ministers, and security officials.

Netanyahu left the Knesset to attend the meeting, which was scheduled earlier in the day, the office of one of the attendees tells The Times of Israel.

The meeting takes place amid anticipation over a potential US or US-Israeli strike on Iran, and scheduled talks between American and Iranian officials later this week.
