Former prime minister Naftali Bennett, a leading rival to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in the upcoming elections, expresses his “full support for the IDF, the Israeli government and the prime minister for Operation Roaring Lion.”

“The entire nation of Israel stands behind you until the destruction of the Iranian threat,” Bennett writes on X as the Jewish sabbath ends.

He says that the Iranian people have a “historic opportunity to free themselves from a violent, disconnected, corrupt and failed terrorist regime.”

He thanks US President Donald Trump, “who time and again demonstrates rare courage and determination.”

“The entire nation of Israel thanks you.”
