PM’s office put outs Arabic tweet pledging freedom of worship for Muslims at Temple Mount
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleOfir Gendelman, the Arabic-language spokesman for the Prime Minister’s Office, issues a tweet saying full freedom of worship at the Temple Mount will fully be preserved for Muslims during the upcoming Eid al-Adha holiday this week.
The tweet comes after statements in Hebrew and English from the PMO in which Prime Minister Naftali Bennett made such a guarantee to Muslims, while also referring to “maintaining freedom of worship for Jews on the [Temple] Mount,” even though Jews are barred from praying at the Jerusalem holy site.
