Protesters at Knesset rally drown out Jerusalem mayor’s speech with shouts of ‘Deal now!’

Protesters are chanting down Jerusalem mayor Moshe Lion at a mass demonstration in the capital, drowning out his speech with shouts of “Deal now!”
After Lion’s speech, one of the hostage family members onstage reaches out to embrace the recently re-elected mayor.
Many of the thousands of protesters this evening have traveled to the capital from other cities and towns to mark six months since Hamas’s October 7 massacre that sparked the ongoing war in Gaza.
