Public sector to emergency footing; private sector to dilute workforces by 70%

The key new measures to combat the coronavirus specified by Netanyahu are as follows:

No national lockdown, but local lockdowns in areas with high incidence of coronavirus contagion;
Public sector to move to an emergency framework — from now until after Passover, with reduced staff at offices, and the rest of the workforce sent home;
Private sector to move to a reduced framework, with a 70% diminished staff coming to work, — as of Tuesday morning. Firms with 10 or fewer staff to continue as they have been, provided that workers maintain the two-meters-apart “social distancing” rule;
Essential services to continue as usual, including supermarkets;
Unspecified changes to public transport.
