Reports: Palestinian shot, killed after climbing over security barrier near Jerusalem

Palestinian media outlets report that a man was shot and killed after he climbed over the security barrier in Al-Ram, north of Jerusalem.
Footage circulated online shows Palestinians attempting to pull Imad Ashtiyeh, 26, down a ladder after he had been retrieved from the other side.
It was later reported that Ashtiyeh died of his wounds.
It is unclear who shot him.
