Settlers push empty Palestinian vehicle into ravine

Video published by Palestinian media yesterday shows settlers pushing an empty Palestinian vehicle into a ravine in the area of Deir Abu Mashal near Ramallah.
Earlier, soldiers had been filmed briefly detaining the vehicle’s owner on the side of the road.
The IDF says forces detained a suspicious vehicle during an operational activity. During the detention, several Israeli civilians arrived at the scene, the military says.
“The vehicle was released and all Palestinians and Israeli civilians were dispersed from the scene. Later, footage was received retrospectively showing several Israeli civilians pushing the vehicle downhill. The handling of the incident was transferred to the Israel Police,” the military says.
