Thai FM reportedly says he’s been promised country’s Gaza hostages next to be freed
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleThai Foreign Minister Parnpree Bahiddha-Nukara says he has understood from officials he has met in Qatar and Egypt that Thailand’s 24 hostages held in Gaza by Palestinian terror groups will be the next to be released since they have “nothing to do with the war,” The New York Times reports.
Thai officials have said they’ve received proof that the country’s captives — agriculture workers employed in Israeli farms near the Gaza border who were kidnapped along with hundreds of others on October 7 — are alive.
