Trump says he may renew talks with Iran, day after declaring that he wasn’t interested

US President Donald Trump says he might be open to renewing talks with Iran, just one day after he declared that his administration was not holding such talks and reportedly ordering his aides to cut ties with Iranian negotiators.

Asked whether he may renew negotiations, Trump tells reporters, “Maybe at some point, but right now the situation is so good. But maybe at some point.”
