1 in 5 Haredim contracted COVID since start of pandemic – expert
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleEran Segal, a computational biologist at the Weizmann Institute of Science, says 1 in 5 members of the ultra-Orthodox community has tested positive for COVID-19 since the start of the pandemic.
Among the general population, 1 in 20 contracted the disease, while among Arab Israelis the rate stands at 1 in 15, Segal tweets.
