16-year-old seriously injured in shooting in Arab town near Caesarea, police say

A 16-year-old was seriously injured in a shooting earlier today in the town of Jisr az-Zarqa near Caesarea, police say, in an incident that left two others lightly wounded.

The boy and the two other men were taken to a local hospital for treatment, the Magen David Adom emergency services reports.

Israel Police added that the incident is likely criminal in nature and that an investigation has been opened.
