Biden says he won’t ‘negotiate in public’ with Israel over attack on Iran oil facilities

WASHINGTON — Democratic US President Joe Biden says that he will not negotiate in public when asked if he has urged Israel not to attack Iran’s oil facilities.

“I know not to negotiate in public,” Biden tells reporters.
