Court extends remand of Netanyahu confidant, Bezeq bigwig in fraud probe

A Tel Aviv court is extending the remand of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s close confidant, as well as a senior official in the Bezeq company by five days.

Police arrested them this morning, along with several other suspects, and asked the court to hold them for eight days.

They court agreed to extend their remand for five days. There is a gag order on the details of the case.
