IDF says it intercepted ‘hostile aircraft’ that entered Israeli skies from ‘the east’

The military announces that it intercepted “a hostile aircraft” that set off sirens in the Beit She’an valley.

An IDF statement says the aircraft entered territory from “the east,” a term it has previously used to refer to attacks from Iraq by Iran-backed groups.
