Israel considering barring Palestinian workers, bringing construction to halt
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleIsrael is weighing sending Palestinian construction workers back to the West Bank and preventing their reentry amid the pandemic, a move that would effectively freeze most construction in the country, Channel 12 says.
The step is being considered by ministers, according to the television report, and would affect some 70,000 building projects.
