KKL-JNF earmarks $100,000 to help Venezuelan Jews after devastating earthquakes

The KKL-JNF Jewish National Fund announces an initial NIS 300,000 ($100,000) to help the Jewish community in Venezuela following the twin major earthquakes there, in which thousands are feared dead.
Half of this sum will be spent on immediate emergency needs, such as food, mattresses, hygiene, medical equipment and clothing. The other half is earmarked for therapy, as well as respite and educational activities.
