Nurse reported killed by IDF in southern Gaza
Gaza hospitals received the bodies of two people killed by IDF gunfire within the past 24 hours, the Strip’s Hamas-run health ministry says in a report. The report does not identify the dead or specify where and when they died.
According to Palestinian media, Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis, in southern Gaza, received the body of a man killed by the IDF this morning in nearby Bani Suheila, on the Israeli-controlled side of the Gaza ceasefire line. He was identified as Hatem Abu Salah, 46, and reportedly worked as a nurse at Nasser Hospital. The IDF has not commented on the reports.

Another man died last night of wounds sustained in an Israeli airstrike on Jabalia in northern Gaza on Sunday. He was identified as Ahmed Abu Hussein. His age was not reported.
The IDF said Sunday that it struck two suspects who crossed the ceasefire line in the area of Jabalia and approached troops in a manner that “posed an immediate threat.”
Meanwhile, the Hamas-run health ministry says in its daily report that a person was killed and another injured in the partial collapse of a building due to strong winds and heavy rain.
The statement does not specify where the collapse took place. Palestinian media reported yesterday afternoon that a man was killed by bricks that fell from a damaged mosque onto his tent in central Gaza City, in the Strip’s north. The mosque was reportedly bombed by Israel during the war.
According to the Hamas-run health ministry, 25 people have been killed in the collapse of damaged buildings in Gaza this winter season, starting last month.
