PM: Israeli strikes in Syria have reduced Iranian forces there by 10%
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleNetanyahu says Israeli military action in Syria in recent years has led to a 10 percent decease in the number of Iranian troops operating in the war-torn country.
He tells journalists that in addition to Syria, Israel is also working to thwart Iranian terrorist groups operating in Lebanon.
He says he instructed the IDF to launch the operation to “thwart the threat of the terrorist tunnels in southern Lebanon.
