Sudan minister said to meet with Israeli ministers in Abu Dhabi

Sudanese Justice Minister Nasredeen Abdulbari meets with Israeli ministers in Abu Dhabi, in the first public high-level meetings since January, the Walla news site reports.

According to the report, Deputy Foreign Minister Idan Roll and Regional Affairs Minister Issawi Frej discussed cooperation in technological training, education and culture with Abdulbari.

Israel and Sudan agreed to normalize ties last year as part of the US-led Abraham Accords. However, the development of relations has moved slower than with the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Morocco, all of which Israel also normalized ties with last year.
