Verviers witness ‘saw 2 North Africans running’
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleA witness tells Belgian paper Le Soir: “It was six o’clock, and I was in my car facing the Palais de Justice, I heard two explosions. I stopped. I was alone in the street and I saw two young people 25 or 30 years old of North African descent, dressed in black and running down the road. They were both carrying bags the same color.”
The witness says that when she tried to return to her car she notices police have cordoned off all the streets in the city center.
