White House says Trump hasn’t spoken to MBS since adding Abraham Accords condition to already-signed nuke deal

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt says US President Donald Trump has not spoken to Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman since he announced earlier today that the civilian nuclear deal that the US already signed yesterday with Riyadh is conditioned on the Gulf country joining the Abraham Accords.

Leavitt says this has long been Trump’s position, even though it wasn’t mentioned in the US Energy Department’s announcement of the deal.
