Young man killed in car crash on Route 5, woman seriously injured
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleAn 18-year-old man was killed overnight after he was hit by a car on Route 5 in central Israel.
A woman, 17, was also hit and rushed to hospital in serious condition.
According to a police statement, the two had left their own car after getting into a “self-inflicted accident” when they were hit. The statement did not provide details of that incident.
The 30-year-old driver who hit the two is being questioned by police, according to the statement.
