As Israel launched its attack on Iran early on Friday morning, the families of multiple cabinet ministers were evacuated from their homes to prevent them from being targeted by Tehran’s retaliatory strikes, Channel 12 reports.

According to the network, several families were sent to “secure compounds,” while others were moved to “alternate addresses” so their whereabouts would remain unknown. These included the families of members of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s security cabinet.
