IDF announces Zamir met with US Air Force commander, discussed ‘regional assessment’

IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal met Sunday with the commander of the US Air Force, Gen. Kenneth Wilsbach, the military announces.
Zamir was also joined by Israeli Air Force chief, Maj. Gen. Omer Tischler.
The IDF says they discussed “the regional assessment, advancing lessons learned from the joint campaign, and future areas of cooperation.”
“The visit reflects the importance of the strategic relationship between Israel and the United States and the close cooperation between the countries,” the military adds.
