IDF says explosive device went off on Palestinian side of Gaza border
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleAn explosive device went off on the Palestinian side of the border fence between Israel and the Gaza Strip, wounding several on the Palestinian side, the IDF Spokesperson’s Office says.
The IDF Spokesperson’s Office adds that around 10,000 Palestinians are participating in riots across five locations throughout the Gaza Strip.
The army says several attempts were made to damage the security barrier, including by using a kite attached to a Molotov cocktail. The kite landed in Palestinian territory as well.
No damage has been caused to the security fence, and no Israeli soldiers have been reported wounded.
