Israeli official: Overthrowing Iran’s regime not goal of strikes, but all options on table if they cross red lines

While overthrowing Iran’s regime is currently not the goal of Israeli strikes, all options are on the table if Tehran crosses red lines and continues to target civilians, an Israeli official tells Channel 12 news.

“There is no declared policy to bring down the regime,” the official says, “but if Iran continues to harm the civilian populace and cross red lines, all options will be on the table.”
