The leaders of the so-called anti-Netanyahu “change bloc” will meet Saturday evening, a spokesman for Opposition Leader Yair Lapid announces.
The meeting will bring together Lapid, former prime minister Naftali Bennett, Yisrael Beytenu chairman Avigdor Liberman, Yashar! With Eisenkot chief Gadi Eisenkot, Blue and White head Benny Gantz, and The Democrats’ leader Yair Golan.
They last met three weeks ago.
The bloc is an alliance of right-wing, centrist and left-wing parties that seek to oust Netanyahu and his hard-right coalition, and have been working on creating a mechanism for coordinating their efforts.
There have been some tensions among the leaders of the bloc, with Eisenkot calling on Gantz to resign in September and Lapid accusing Golan of trying to weaken his Yesh Atid party in October.
