Mandelblit may ask court to rehear home razing case with full bench — report
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleAttorney General Avichai Mandelblit will hold a discussion on the possibility of asking the High Court to rehear a petition on the army’s plans to raze the home of a Palestinian suspected of killing a soldier, the Ynet news site reports.
The report comes after a large outcry over the court’s decision to nix the razing of the home. Earlier in the day, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu pilloried the 2-1 decision and called for it to be heard by the court’s full bench of 15 judges.
